The Dance Awards- Orlando 2026

This page serves as the pre-registration for The Dance Awards (TDA) Orlando 2026, one of the most prestigious national dance events in the country. The Dance Awards brings together elite dancers from across the U.S. for an unforgettable week of world-class training, performance opportunities, and inspiration—taught by some of the best choreographers and educators in the industry.

Important Dates

  • March 4: Official registration opens (please let us know if you plan to attend ASAP)

  • April 1: Interest deadline

  • April 17: Registration fees will be charged

If you’re waiting on results from 24/7 Atlanta, that’s okay—just let us know you’re interested in attending, and we can adjust once eligibility is confirmed.

Best Dancer Competition Details

Dancers must earn eligibility during the 2025–2026 season through one of the following:

  • JUMP Dance Convention: VIP Winner or Runner-Up

  • NUVO Dance Convention: Breakout Winner or Runner-Up

  • 24 SEVEN Dance Convention: Non-Stop Dancer Winner or Runner-Up

Eligible dancers may compete for National Best Dancer Titles.

All Best Dancer Finalists have received free tuition to The Dance Awards Workshop. If a dancer chooses to compete for the National Best Dancer Title, there is an additional fee.

Best Dancer Fees:

  • Teens & Seniors: $505

  • Minis & Juniors: $485

This fee includes:

  • Best Dancer audition

  • Solo competition for Best Dancer

  • Best Dancer workshops and regular TDA workshops

  • Official Best Dancer jacket with free personalization

  • Best Dancer goodie bag

other Options

Dancers who are not competing for Best Dancer (or are not eligible yet) are still welcome to attend!

  • Workshop-Only: $505

  • Solo Competition: $250 (must also be part of a group dance)

  • Duo/Trio: $130

  • Group Dances: $115

A Few Final Notes

  • Dancers who are not old enough to audition—or who did not earn eligibility—may still attend for workshops.

  • Solo competition requires participation in at least one group dance.

  • Groups, small ensembles, or full teams are always welcome to attend together.
