Class Change Form

If you would like to request a class change, please complete the form below and we will take care of the rest. Be sure to include the class your dancer is currently enrolled in, the class you would like to transfer to, and the date the change should become effective. Once submitted, our team will review and process the request within 1–2 business days. Please note this is subject to availability in the class desired to change to.
