Introducing: Yoga Sculpt
This program is for ages 18 and up
Description: Yoga sculpt is an energetic, total-body workout that blends classic yoga poses with light weight training and cardio movements. Using exercises such as squats, lunges, and bicep curls performed to lively music, it helps sculpt lean muscle, elevate metabolism, and enhance overall cardiovascular stamina.
Time: 10-10:45 AM
When: Every Thursday for 8 Weeks beginning 3/19 and excluding 4/16
What you'll need: Yoga mat and optional light weights (2-10 lbs)
Price: $150 for the full 8 week series
$80 for a 4 class pack

About Liz
Liz started her fitness journey as a professional dancer in NYC. During this career she explored various forms of fitness from yoga to cycling to strength training to cross train and make herself a more well rounded athlete. Upon moving to San Francisco she decided to make fitness a career and went through trainings to teach yoga and cycling. Now back on the east coast and a mom of three, fitness continues to be an important part of Liz's daily life with new interests and certifications in pre and postnatal fitness as well. In her classes you'll move to an energizing playlist and boost metabolism while strengthening, balancing and detoxifying your entire body.
