Acro (Open Age)

Snapshot: Individualized acro training where dancers progress safely through their own trick goals.

What They Learn: Personalized skill development including walkovers, aerials, handsprings, flexibility tricks, balance work, and controlled tumbling passes based on their current level.

Technique & Skills: Core strength, back and shoulder flexibility, proper hand placement, safe landings, controlled transitions, rebound technique, and skill-specific drills designed for each dancer’s progression.

Who It’s For: Open age dancers of varying levels who want focused time to develop and clean their individual acro tricks in a structured, supervised setting.

Why It Matters: Builds confidence through measurable personal progress, teaches discipline and patience in skill mastery, and empowers dancers to set and achieve individual goals safely and responsibly.
