Camp Leader Application

Camp Leader Opportunity – Ages 15+

We are excited to open a leadership opportunity to our dancers ages 15 and older who are ready to take the next step in responsibility, mentorship, and growth within our studio community.

This role is designed for mature, dependable dancers who are prepared to lead a full camp session, manage younger assistants, and serve as a positive role model for our campers. Camp Leaders will oversee daily activities including crafts, choreography, snack time, organization, and overall camp flow.

In addition to gaining real-world leadership and management experience, opportunities like this are highly valuable when applying to colleges and universities. Most admissions offices look closely at demonstrated leadership, responsibility, initiative, and community involvement. Serving as a Camp Leader reflects those qualities and can strengthen future applications.

Compensation for this position is $20 per hour. Mama Tess will be on site to provide support and guidance, but the Camp Leader will be responsible for confidently leading both the campers and the assistant team throughout the session.
