Billing Coordinator (Part-Time)

Hours: 3–5 hours/week
Pay: $20/hour
Location: Remote (with occasional in-studio coordination if needed)

Position Overview:
The Billing Coordinator supports the financial operations of Carolina Collective Dance Centre by managing weekly billing tasks, ensuring accuracy in family accounts, and assisting with parent billing questions. This role is detail-oriented and plays a key part in maintaining smooth and professional financial communication with our families.

Responsibilities:

  • Post tuition, costume, and competition fees to accounts in Jackrabbit

  • Review accounts for accuracy prior to billing runs

  • Assist in preparing weekly/monthly billing

  • Respond to basic billing-related parent inquiries

  • Help families update payment methods as needed

  • Maintain organized billing records and reports

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized

  • Comfortable with numbers and basic financial processes

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly

  • Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism

Competition Coordinator (Part-Time)

Hours: 3–5 hours/week (seasonal flexibility required)
Pay: $20/hour
Location: Remote

Position Overview:
The Competition Coordinator supports all aspects of competition registration and communication. This role acts as a liaison between the studio, families, and competition companies to ensure all entries, changes, and details are accurate and organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage competition registration and entry submissions

  • Track and process routine competition changes (solos, divisions, music, etc.)

  • Monitor and respond to the competition email inbox

  • Communicate with competition companies regarding updates and confirmations

  • Maintain and update internal competition tracking spreadsheets

  • Confirm changes and updates with families as needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Extremely organized and detail-focused

  • Able to manage multiple moving pieces at once

  • Strong communication and follow-through

  • Familiarity with dance competitions is a plus

  • Calm under pressure, especially during busy competition periods

Enrollment Coordinator (Part-Time)

Hours: 3–5 hours/week
Pay: $20/hour
Location: Remote (with occasional in-studio support if needed)

Position Overview:
The Enrollment Coordinator manages the student onboarding experience and supports families through the studio’s enrollment process. This role ensures all new and returning families are guided clearly and efficiently through registration, class placement, and next steps.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide families through Our studio’s enrollment process

  • Respond to new student inquiries and trial class requests

  • Assist with class placement based on age and level

  • Monitor class availability and waitlists

  • Follow up with prospective families

  • Support schedule changes and registration updates

Hip Hop Instructor (Part-Time)

Position Overview:
The Hip Hop Instructor brings energy, creativity, and strong technical training to our dancers while fostering confidence and performance quality. This role is ideal for someone who can balance strong class structure with a fun, engaging teaching style.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach weekly hip hop classes across various age levels

  • Choreograph routines for recital and potential competition performances

  • Create a positive, high-energy classroom environment

  • Encourage growth in musicality, performance, and style

  • Communicate with staff and leadership regarding student progress

  • Arrive prepared with structured lesson plans

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong background in hip hop training and performance

  • Experience teaching children and teens

The Ballet Instructor provides strong technical training rooted in proper alignment, discipline, and artistry. This role is essential in building the foundational technique of our dancers while maintaining a supportive and encouraging classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach ballet technique classes across multiple age levels

  • Develop dancers’ strength, flexibility, and technical precision

  • Choreograph recital routines and assist with performance preparation

  • Provide corrections in a constructive and encouraging manner

  • Collaborate with staff on dancer development and placement

  • Maintain a structured and professional class environment

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong classical ballet training and background

  • Prior teaching experience preferred

  • Knowledge of proper technique and injury prevention
